2. Organizational Identity

BACHI is an indigenous non-governmental organization registered in Uganda under the Non-Governmental Organizations Act, 2016 (Reg. No. INDR117592920NB). Our headquarters are located in Magamaga Town Council, Mayuge District.

3. Use of Content (Intellectual Property)

All text, images, logos, and reports featured on this website are the property of BACHI unless otherwise stated.

  • You may view, download, and print materials for personal, non-commercial use or for educational purposes related to BACHI’s mission.
  • You must not republish, sell, or exploit any material from this website for commercial gain without express written consent from the Board of Directors.

4. Donation Policy

  • Purpose: Donations made through this website are used to support BACHI’s four pillars: Community Empowerment, Health System Strengthening, Advocacy, and Research.
  • Transparency: In line with our core values of Accountability and Transparency, BACHI ensures that funds are allocated to the specific projects mentioned (e.g., GAVI Immunization, T1D support, or Technical Institute skilling).
  • Refunds: As a non-profit organization, donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error (e.g., a duplicate transaction), please contact us at donations@bachi-uganda.org within 7 days.

5. BACHI Technical Institute Enrollment

Information regarding course intakes (January, March, June, and September) and vocational training (e.g., Motor Vehicle Mechanics, Tailoring, etc.) is provided for informational purposes.

  • Formal admission is subject to the Institute’s specific enrollment criteria and the Business, Technical, Vocational Education and Training (BTVET) Act of Uganda.
  • Fees and course availability are subject to change based on semester requirements.

While BACHI provides healthcare services through the BACHI Medical Centre, the information provided on this website is for general awareness and educational purposes only.
